Data Engineer / Scientist (80-100%)

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 1+ year of experience in professional software development

• Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL, with sound software engineering practices (e.g., version control, code reviews, testing)

• Solid grasp of applied statistics fundamentals (e.g., descriptive statistics, data distributions, hypothesis testing)

• You want to work on a regulated medical device, where documentation, traceability, and data protection are part of the job

• You are a team player who works in a structured and reliable manner, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where you wear many hats, and you are willing to take on your share of IT and cloud administration tasks

• Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our IVD analysis software within our regulated software lifecycle, including design control, verification and technical documentation
