IGA/IAM Requirements Engineer

Salary: CHF 70'000 - 78'000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or a comparable role in an IAM or IGA environment

• Understanding of technical contexts to formulate feasible, secure and operable requirements

• Ideally, at least two years of experience with One Identity Manager and typical IAM landscapes

• Knowledge of interfaces to Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and eDirectory; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage

• Analytical, structured and quality-conscious approach, with the ability to break down complex requirements, role models and process dependencies clearly and systematically

• Clear and confident communication with business, governance, architecture, service owners, engineering partners and market units

• Ability to facilitate workshops in a goal-oriented way, handle different interests constructively and represent group-wide standards convincingly

• Fluent English skills; good skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Capture requirements from market units, group functions and projects, and structure relevant demand intake channels

• Analyze business needs and distinguish clearly between must-have requirements, wishes, exceptions and special solutions

• Assess standardization, actively challenge local deviations and translate local needs into group-wide standards

• Document functional and non-functional requirements and technical process descriptions in a traceable and verifiable way

• Conduct impact assessments covering processes, roles, data, architecture, operations and compliance

• Review and define API documentation, interface descriptions, technical solution outlines and architecture diagrams

• Carry out gap analyses, root-cause analyses and further functional and technical assessments
