Project / Implementation Manager

Salary: CHF 100'000 - 120'000 per year

Requirements:

• • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand specific ERP document processing requirements and design tailored implementation plans that align with their needs.

• • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.

• • Work closely with our development team to address technical challenges, customize the system to fit clients' unique workflows, and ensure successful integration with their existing systems.
